The Cat That Walked By Himself  - Noisy Oyster

Saturday 18th September 2.30pm

A delightful show which will entrance and captivate, this magical performance uses the play of light and shadow, to tell the classic Just-So story of The Cat That Walked By Himself by Rudyard Kipling. Inspired by traditional paintings of North-east India, moving shadows beautifully re-create the story of the time when the world was young, and Woman tamed Man, Dog, Horse and Cow but  . . . did she tame Cat?
Also included in the program is a short piece The Big Surprise, an original, slightly wacky tale of gastronomic adventure! Two overhead projectors are used to create a live, gentle and colorful animation.
