OTHER WAYS TO BOOK...

In Person: you can call into the Box Office at NK Centre reception, Moor Lane, North Hykeham to purchase tickets by cash, credit/debit cards, or cheques made payable to Leisure Connection Ltd.

By Telephone: call 01522 883311  [NK Centre Reception & TOT Box Office]. TOTT accepts most major credit & debit cards.

Please note: the Box Office number also serves the Reception at NK Leisure Centre - at busy times the answerphone will click in; please leave a short message, name and contact number and the Reception Staff will call you back re. your enquiry / booking.

By Post: send us details of your ticket requirements and enclose a cheque made payable to Leisure Connection Ltd. Please enclose an SAE; or add 35p to the total, if you would like your tickets posted out to you.

Reservations: tickets may be reserved for 5 days only, after which they must be paid for.  Reserved tickets must be collected 30 minutes prior to the start of a performance; after this time they will be released for sale.

Please note that NK Centre is open 7 days a week, thus the 5 day reservation period includes weekends.

Special Ticket Prices: from time to time the theatre may offer special discounts for performances; please check event details or our current brochure for further information!

Terms & Conditions of Sale: tickets should be checked at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

Refunds:  in common with other professional theatre venues, the Terry O'Toole Theatre operates a No Refunds Policy; tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled.

Online Purchases: tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection unless you select the option on the online booking screen to have them mailed to you, in which event a charge of 35p will be levied.

Tickets purchased online will be mailed second class within 7 days of purchase; if the sale takes place less than 7 working days prior to the performance date, tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection.  Please note: tickets cannot be reserved online.

Wheelchair Users: please advise the box office staff at the time of booking if you use a wheelchair; we regret online booking is not currently available for wheelchair seats.

Induction Loop: the theatre is equipped with an Induction Loop [please switch your hearing aid to the T position]; very occasionally the Induction Loop may be switched off due to technical issues with feedback from amplification equipment.

Guide & Assistance Dogs: The Terry O’Toole Theatre welcomes Guide & Assistance Dogs; please call the Box Office to make your booking, so that we may allocate a suitable seat to you and your companion dog.  A bowl of water for your canine companion is available upon request.

Concessions: are generally available to Over 60s, Under 16s, Disabled Patrons, Students and Unwaged; a carer accompanying a registered disabled patron may also be entitled to a discounted rate, however TOTT cannot guarantee concessions for events presented by external promoters.  All discounts are subject to availability, retrospective discounts cannot be given and only one discount can be claimed per ticket. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility.

Group & School Bookings: the maximum number of tickets which can be booked online is 9; if you wish to make a group booking, please call the Box Office to make your booking, or contact Al Duncombe [Theatre Development Officer] on 01522 870251 to enquire about special discounts for school, party and community group bookings.

Workshops & Special Offers: Cannot be booked online; please contact the Box Office.

Children’s Theatre Discounts: please contact the Box Office for details of special Family Ticket and Season Ticket discounts.

Babe in Arms Comps: For family shows only children under 2 years will be admitted free of charge if they do not require their own seat. A Babes in Arms complimentary ticket will be issued for this purpose; please advise the Box Office when booking. Babe in Arms tickets cannot be booked online; please contact the Box Office on 01522 883311.  Children over the age of 2 years will be allocated a theatre seat in the normal way and this seat must be paid for.

Latecomers: will only be admitted to the auditorium at a suitable point in the performance and at the discretion of the FOH Manager.

Community and Hire Events: patrons are advised that events with these classifications may be promoted and staged by amateur performers, be presented by a charitable organisation or be promoted and staged by an external hirer; the theatre has no artistic or managerial control over the content or quality of events staged by community groups and/or hirers.
