Terms & Conditions of Sale

Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

Online Purchases

Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection unless you select the option on the online booking screen to have them mailed to you, in which event a charge of 35p will be levied.

Tickets purchased online will be mailed second class within 7 days of purchase; if the sale takes place less than 7 working days prior to the performance date, tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection.  Note: tickets cannot be reserved online.

Concessions: over 60’s, Under 18’s, Disabled patrons, Students and recipients of the Job Seeker’s Allowance.

Refunds: Tickets will not be exchanged or money refunded unless an event is cancelled.

School & Group Bookings: The maximum amount of ticket that can be purchased per online transaction is 9. If you wish to purchase tickets for groups of 10 or more, please call the Box Office to make your booking.

Wheelchair Users: Wheelchair seats cannot be booked online. If you wish to purchase tickets for a wheelchair position please call the Box Office to make your booking.

Guide & Assistance Dogs: The Terry O’Toole Theatre welcomes Guide & Assistance Dogs. If you wish your Guide or Assistance Dog to accompany you to a performance, please call the Box Office to make your booking, so that we may allocate a suitable seat to you.

Workshops & Special Offers

Cannot be booked online; please contact the Box Office

Discounts: All discounts are subject to availability, retrospective discounts cannot be given and only one discount can be claimed per ticket. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility.

• The management reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons
• The use of photographic or recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless by prior arrangement with the management.
• The management reserve the right to alter the advertised programme without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Children’s Theatre Discounts

Family Ticket: cannot be booked online.  Please contact the Box Office to receive this discount.

Book 4 seats for a Children’s Theatre event and receive a discount. Booking must comprise either: 1 Adult + 3 children or 2 Adults + 2 children.

‘Babes in Arms’: Babes in Arms tickets cannot be booked online.

For family shows children under 2 years will be admitted free of charge if they do not require their own seat. A ‘Babes in Arms’ complimentary ticket will be issued for this purpose, please advise the Box Office when booking. ‘Babe in Arms’ tickets cannot be booked online; please contact the Box Office on 01522 883311.

Children over the age of 2 years will be allocated a theatre seat in the normal way and this seat must be paid for.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point in the performance and may be asked to wait to enter the auditorium.

Please send us details of your ticket requirements and enclose a cheque made payable to: Leisure Connection Ltd. together with an SAE.

Reservations

You may reserve tickets for any show by telephone or in person, but all reservations must be paid for within 5 days.  Please note that NK Centre is open 7 days a week, and that this period therefore includes weekends.

Unpaid reservations are immediately released for sale when the deadline for payment expires.

Reserved tickets must be collected 30 minutes prior to the start of a performance; after this time they will be released for sale.

Concessions

Accessibility

The Terry O'Toole Theatre and NK Centre are fully accessible to patrons with disabilities;  specially designated parking spaces have been allocated immediately adjacent to NK Centre entrance

Wheelchair Users: please advise the box office staff at the time of booking if you use a wheelchair; we regret online booking is not available to wheelchair users.

Induction Loop: the theatre is equipped with an Induction Loop [please switch your hearing aid to the T position]; very occasionally the Induction Loop may be switched off due to technical issues with feedback from amplification equipment.

Guide/Assistance Dogs: the theatre welcomes assistance dogs.  Please advise the box office staff at the time of booking your tickets if you would like to bring your assistance dog with you to a performance.
