Casual Theatre Technician
Casual theatre technician required to work on an adhoc basis supporting the theatre's Technical Manager and our programme of professional and community performances.
Duties will include assisting with get-in/get-out, fit-up, rigging and opping performances and will be mainly afternoon, evening and weekend work. This post would suit someone with theatre experience/training wishing to develop their CV. Hours can vary considerably from week to week.
Applicants should enjoy good health since this post will require you to assist with moving/lifting heavy items of equipment. A good head for heights is also required since you may be required to use ladders/tallescope.
Please note: This post is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
Pay scale: to be negotiated according to experience; payment will be by company payroll on a 4 weekly basis.
