You can call into the Box Office at North Kesteven Centre reception, Moor Lane, North Hykeham to purchase tickets by cash, credit/debit cards, or cheques made payable to Leisure Connection Ltd.By Telephone - 01522 883311 [NK Centre Reception & TOT Box Office]
Telephone bookings can be made either by credit/debit card.Reservations
You may reserve tickets for any show, but all reservations must be paid for within 5 days. [Please note that NK Centre is open 7 days a week, and that this period therefore includes weekends.]
Unpaid reservations are immediately released for sale when the deadline for payment expires.
Reserved tickets must be collected 30 minutes prior to the start of a performance; after this time they will be released for sale.

Concessions
Concession prices apply to Over 60's, Registered Disabled, Children Under 16, Students and recipients of Job Seekers Allowance.Special Ticket Prices
Many events at the Terry O'Toole Theatre are family-friendly and special discounts apply for Children's Theatre shows.
Wheelchair Users, Induction Loop and Assistance Dogs
The Terry O'Toole Theatre and NK Centre are fully accessible to patrons with disabilities. There are specially designated parking spaces immediately adjacent to the centre entrance.
The theatre has an Induction Loop [please switch your hearing aid to the T position] and we welcome assistance dogs. Please advise the box office staff at the time of booking your tickets if you use a wheelchair or would like to bring your assistance dog with you to a performance.
Refunds
Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later. There can be no refund, except in the event of the performance being cancelled.Terms and Conditions
